Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Some roles may require forklift certification by Floor & Decor.
• Drug test may be required where allowed by state law.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to understand their projects and recommend products.
• Provide friendly, above-and-beyond customer service and help meet sales goals.
• Keep assigned areas stocked, clean, and safe for customers.
• Work with management and teammates to achieve targets.
• Process checkout transactions using POS systems.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Create price tags and signage for merchandise.
• Stock, tag and display products on the floor.
• Adhere to company safety procedures and policies.
• Support other store areas as needed in a fast-paced environment.
