Floor & Decor is seeking Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service on the sales floor. You will help customers select products, maintain clean and well-stocked areas, and work with the team to meet sales goals. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

This role emphasizes customer service, safety, and adherence to company guidelines. Starting pay begins at $15.00 per hour, with higher starting pay for experienced candidates, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Forklift certification may be required for some positions.
• Drug test may be required where permitted by state law.
