Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service and assist customers in finding products to complete their projects. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available in Cincinnati, OH.

You will help maintain a clean, safe, and well-stocked store, work with the team to reach sales goals, and handle checkout and basic refund processing using our POS system.

Qualifications

• Minimum eligibility includes being 18 years or older and having basic math skills.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, understand their projects, and recommend products.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition and keep areas clean, shoppable and safe.
• Process customers at checkout using POS; handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise; assist in other areas as needed.
