Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service on the sales floor. Full-time and part-time roles are available.

You will assist customers with projects, recommend products, and help maintain clean, organized, and safe store environments. Responsibilities include processing payments at checkout, handling refunds and exchanges, stocking merchandise, and supporting colleagues to reach sales targets.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Forklift certification may be required for some positions.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, learn about their projects, recommend products, and inspire purchases.
• Provide exceptional customer service and exceed expectations.
