Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to provide friendly, accurate service on the sales floor. You’ll help customers find products, keep aisles stocked and safe, and work to meet sales goals with a team. Full-time and part-time roles are available, with a pay range noted below.

We value fast-paced, customer-focused individuals and offer opportunities for growth, with duties including checkout processing, merchandising, and inventory upkeep in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications.
• Drug test may be required where state law allows.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
• Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using the POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check and credit card procedures and create price tags and signs.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise and support store operations as needed.
