Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking friendly, customer-focused Sales Associates to join our Columbus, OH stores. You will help customers select products, keep the floor clean and stocked, and process checkout with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

We offer base pay from $15.00 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience, plus opportunities across full-time and part-time roles. Join a team committed to safety and exceptional service as you grow with Floor & Decor.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Forklift certification may be required for some positions.
• Where permissible by state law, drug test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about their purchase.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed customer expectations when assisting customers.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas and ensure it is clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team members to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow established cash, check and credit card procedures.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise.
• Support safety and company policies across store operations.
• Assist in other areas of the store as needed.
