Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking motivated Sales Associates to deliver friendly, accurate service and help customers find products for their projects. Roles include full-time and part-time opportunities, with a minimum base pay of $15.00 per hour and higher starting pay based on experience.

You will maintain organized, safe stores and assist customers at checkout using a POS system. We value teamwork, reliability, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Forklift certification may be required for some positions.
• Where state law permits, heavy equipment certification may require drug test.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, ask about their projects, recommend products and excite customers about purchases.
• Provide above-and-beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock condition of assigned areas; keep area clean, shoppable and safe.
• Work with management and team to achieve sales goals.
• Process customers at checkout using POS system.
• Handle refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash, check, and credit card procedures.
