Base pay starts from $15/hour with higher starting pay based on experience. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with opportunities for growth within a nationwide flooring retailer.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
• Some positions may require forklift certifications.
• Drug test may be required where state law allows it.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, assess projects, recommend products, and drive sales.
• Provide above-average customer service and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain in-stock areas, keep clean, shop-ready, and safe.
• Collaborate with management and teammates to reach sales goals.
• Process checkout using POS system and handle refunds/exchanges per guidelines.
• Follow cash/credit procedures and create price tags and merchandizing signs.
• Stock, tag, and display merchandise and support store operations.
