Responsibilities

• Coordinate HD Pro and Commercial flooring projects from order through installation completion.
• Partner with Sales Representatives, Installation Managers, customers, installers, and vendors to keep projects on schedule and communicate updates.
• Coordinate installation schedules and resolve scheduling conflicts or changes.
• Process and track project change orders with accurate documentation.
• Order flooring materials and supplies while monitoring deliveries and backorders.
• Maintain accurate project records, contracts, customer information, and supporting documentation.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customer questions and project updates.
• Assist with quote preparation, revisions, approvals, and customer follow-up as needed.
• Identify project issues early and collaborate with internal teams to resolve them.
• Support department initiatives and process improvements as assigned.
