The role requires coordinating with sales, installers, and customers to keep projects on schedule and profitable.

You will meet weekly with sales, track progress, manage job costing, and resolve issues quickly.

Aufgaben

• Meet with sales staff weekly to discuss sales, expectations, and product orders.
• Order all products needed for jobs accurately and track delivery.
• Schedule jobs to meet customer and installer timelines.
• Update customers regularly on installation start dates and scope.
• Communicate job progress daily.
• Obtain written permission for any contract changes.
• Confirm scope and compensation with installers before start.
• Ensure completion per sales contract.
• Walk customers through the job at completion and collect final payment.
• Manage job to hit profit objectives.
• Complete job costing reports within 24 hours of installation.
• Continuously seek installers with better value for customers.
• Resolve conflicts and complaints promptly.
• Keep showroom and office organized and presentable.
• Be available for Home Shows and training seminars.
• Attend at least one training per year.
• Keep updated on new flooring products.
• Attend weekly meetings with Franchise Owner.
• Log daily updates on job status and upcoming schedule.
• Work weekly and monthly to hit installation and sales goals.
• Act in accordance with Floor Coverings International’s core values and mission.
