EmergencyMD in Charlotte, NC is seeking an Operations Associate to ensure smooth installation processes, manage team communications, and provide top-notch customer support. The ideal candidate has management experience, strong organizational skills, and a customer-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing staff; contractor management preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in the flooring and/or home improvement industry preferred.
• Ability to work a five-day, 40+ hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation for quick-turn jobs.
• Verify floor plan measurements and output.
• Confirm customer deposits and financing holds.
• Order and track materials.
• Monitor material readiness and proactively schedule installations.
• Manage client onboarding and support.
• Handle customer call transfers and inquiries.
• Identify process improvements.
