Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and manage client communications.
• Answer inbound calls and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Coordinate installations, track materials, and update job timelines.
• Maintain ledgers/records using QuickBooks and perform basic bookkeeping.
• Attend weekly team and performance meetings and support marketing efforts.
