Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience managing staff; contractor management preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in the flooring and/or home improvement industry preferred.
• Ability to work a five-day, 40+ hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation for quick-turn jobs.
• Verify floor plan measurements.
• Monitor material readiness and reschedule jobs as necessary.
• Conduct welcome calls with new clients.
• Identify and recommend process improvements.
