Service Pros Installation Group is seeking a Flooring Installation Coordinator who focuses on delivering exceptional customer service while coordinating with Lowe's Installed Sales staff and our contractors to ensure satisfaction on every project.

The role handles reviewing contracts, scheduling installs, tracking materials, overseeing the installation process, and following up with customers to guarantee quality results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Basic tech skills with MS Office and database/spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders for accuracy and resolve issues.
• Schedule customers and contractors for installations.
• Review project details with contractors prior to installation.
• Handle customer complaints and follow up with customers.
• Maintain inventory levels and stage materials for crew load outs.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
