Job summary

Service Pros Installation Group is seeking a Flooring Installation Coordinator who thrives on delivering excellent customer service. You will partner with Lowe's Installed Sales staff and our contractors to ensure satisfaction, review orders, schedule installs, and monitor the installation process from start to finish.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of related experience, plus basic tech skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and 1–2 years related experience and/or training; Customer service experience is a plus.
Basic tech skills to use multiple computer screens, knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email and word processing software/Microsoft Office.
Must be able to remain organized and efficient to support the Contractors and customers.

Responsibilities

Reviews work orders for accuracy, verifies information, and resolves any labor and/or product issues.
Schedules customers and Contractors for installations and other appointments.
Reviews project details for each job with the appropriate Contractor prior to the installation.
Receives and solves customer complaints, issues, and performs customer follow-up calls.
Ensures inventory levels are maintained and stages materials for crew load outs.
Loads and unloads trucks with a forklift/pallet-jack/manually as needed.
