Service Pros Installation Group in Greer, SC is seeking a Flooring Installation Coordinator focused on customer service. You will partner with Lowe's Installed Sales staff and contractors to ensure satisfaction, review contracts, schedule installs, and oversee the installation process.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to manage inventories, and strong communication with customers and teams to deliver timely flooring projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1–2 years related experience.
• Basic tech skills to operate multiple computer screens and Microsoft Office.
• Must remain organized to support Contractors and customers.

Responsibilities

• Review work orders for accuracy and resolve issues.
• Schedule customers and Contractors for installations and appointments.
• Review project details with Contractors prior to installation.
• Receive and resolve customer complaints and follow up.
• Maintain inventory levels and stage materials for crew load-outs.
• Load and unload trucks as needed.
