All Surfaces Inc. is seeking a Counter Sales Specialist to provide sales and transaction support, greet walk-in customers, and manage orders with a focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction.

The role involves order management, quotes, vendor events, and collaboration with warehouse teams in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma required; 2–5 years of related experience advantageous.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of customer service, sales, or showroom experience.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Experience in flooring/building materials is a plus.
• Experience with WMS; Epicor P21 is a plus.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide product information, recommendations, and solutions.
• Generate quotes and process complex orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing on inventory and special orders.
• Assist with vendor events and product trainings/demos.
• Answer calls and emails about products, pricing, and orders.
• Support sales, customer care, and other departments as needed.
• Maintain showroom displays and merchandising standards.
• Follow OSHA safety regulations and lifting procedures.
• Close and balance cash drawer daily.
