Job summary

Shoreline Flooring Supplies is seeking a Counter Sales - Warehouse Associate to support warehouse operations and drive sales while delivering exceptional customer service. The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships and accurate order processing in a fast-paced environment.

You will use product knowledge to advise customers, quote products, and handle showroom and inventory tasks, including loading materials for customers when required.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient with computers and learn our product management software.
• Must possess good communication skills and interact with customers both over the telephone and in person.
• Must be able to lift and handle items weighing up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.
• Minimum of 2 years of comparable experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support location's operational performance and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Drive sales and fulfill customer needs in line with company values.
• Process sales orders accurately and provide quotes to customers.
• Maintain showroom inventories and displays and assist in loading products onto customer vehicles if needed.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jack, and hand truck.
