The role requires 2-3 years in warehouse and sales, HS diploma, POS and RF scanner experience, forklift certification, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. Schedule: Mon–Fri 7:30am–4:30pm. Join a team focused on service, accuracy, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of combined warehouse, fulfillment, customer service, and sales experience.
• Experience working with Point of Sales systems (POS).
• Familiarity with working in a distribution center.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory control.
• Experience working with RF scanners.
• Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers with product information and recommendations.
• Process sales orders and quotes; upsell and cross-sell products.
• Manage open orders, follow up with customers, and meet SLA metrics.
• Pick products using RF scanner or pick tickets and verify quantities.
• Pack, shrink-wrap, and stage orders for outbound delivery.
• Unload shipments, inspect products, and place into storage locations.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits; resolve discrepancies.
• Adhere to safety rules, maintain showroom displays, and support team needs.
