Job summary

All Surfaces Inc. in Cedar Rapids, IA, is seeking a Counter Sales Specialist and Warehouse Associate to assist showroom customers with orders and purchases while performing standard warehouse duties.

Compensation: $20/hr, Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm. The role requires strong customer service, order processing, inventory control, packing and shipping, receiving, and the use of POS systems and RF scanners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of combined warehouse, fulfillment, customer service, and sales experience.
• Experience with POS systems and RF scanners; forklift operation is a plus.
• Familiarity with distribution center workflows.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and safely.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers; provide product information and upsell where appropriate.
• Process sales orders and quotes; validate product quantities and descriptions.
• Pack and ship orders; stage for outbound transport and assist loading.
• Receive and unload shipments; verify against packing slips and inspect for damage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and ERP/WMS adjustments.
• Follow safety regulations and maintain showroom and warehouse hygiene.
