Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse or fulfillment experience.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Able to perform basic math and reading comprehension.
• Must regularly lift over 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, stage, and load customer orders.
• Receive inventory and stock products to bin locations.
• Verify orders for accuracy and quality at receiving/shipping.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
• Follow SOPs for inventory control, packing, and shipping workflows.
• Provide proactive customer service at the counter and over the phone.
