Job summary

All Surfaces in Denver, CO is seeking a Counter Sales Specialist to greet walk-in customers, provide product information, and process sales orders in a fast-paced showroom environment.

You will support sales representatives, upsell and cross-sell products, manage open orders online, and assist with vendor events and product trainings. High school diploma required; 0-1 year showroom experience preferred.

Branch: Cartwright Distributing in Denver, CO. Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0-1 year of customer service, sales, and/or showroom experience.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions based on customer needs.
• Direct customers to appropriate products and displays.
• Process sales orders and quotes.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email about products, pricing, and orders.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support sales representatives and other departments as needed.
