Ideal candidates have 0–1 year of showroom or customer service experience, familiarity with POS systems, and a knack for upselling. This full-time role supports sales teams and ensures quality customer care in-store.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist walk-in customers.
• Provide product information, recommendations, and solutions.
• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails regarding products and pricing.
• Process sales orders and quotes.
• Upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
• Support sales representatives and other departments as needed.
• Participate in product trainings/demos and vendor events.
