Job summary

MSI promotes its flooring product portfolio by merchandising displays and maintaining presentation standards at customer locations. You will visit retailers, dealers, and other strategic customers to increase product awareness and brand visibility, and conduct product knowledge seminars and training sessions for customer sales teams.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, traveling up to 80% of the territory, and working independently in a field-based environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree or related coursework preferred.
• 2+ years in merchandising, retail, sales support or related environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to deliver product presentations and training.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills; ability to work independently.
• Proficient with MS Office and mobile devices for business.

Responsibilities

• Promote MSI's flooring product portfolio by merchandising displays and maintaining presentation standards at customer locations.
• Visit retailers, dealers, landscaping yards, builders, architects, designers, kitchen dealers, and other strategic customers to boost product awareness and brand visibility.
• Conduct product knowledge seminars, demonstrations, and training sessions for customers and their sales teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to support retention and growth opportunities.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure quantities of promotional materials and displays are available.
• Maintain accurate customer records, merchandising activities, and sales reports.
