Job summary

MSI is seeking a Q Quartz Brand Representative to promote MSI Quartz products at customer locations, conduct knowledge seminars, and coordinate promotional materials. The role involves traveling to customer sites, working with builders, architects, and dealers, and training sales teams.

Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills are essential. Flexibility to work weekends/evenings/holidays and willingness to travel up to 50% are required, with opportunities at trade shows

Qualifications

• High school education required; some college work completed preferred.
• Prior experience in the natural stone, tile, or hard flooring industry is preferred.
• Retail merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, extroverted personality, well-organized.
• Provide high level of customer service
• Problem-solving skills with the habit of being proactive
• Intermediate skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
• Previous experience using iPad, iPhone or smart phones would be helpful
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, evenings and holidays
• Willingness to travel, up to 50% of travelling required

Responsibilities

• Promote MSI Quartz products to target customers.
• Visit builders, architects, designers, and kitchen dealers to promote products.
• Conduct product knowledge seminars at customer locations.
• Train customer sales teams on MSI product lines.
• Maintain accurate customer database and generate sales reports as needed.
• Attend trade shows, conventions, and onsite seminars.
• Work consistently with existing customers to retain and grow their business.
• Coordinate with customers to ensure appropriate levels of promotional materials.
• Increase brand awareness through strategic advertising placements.
• Perform additional duties as required or requested.
