Job summary

Ace Retail Group is seeking a Floor Supervisor to help manage daily store operations and substitute for the General Manager in their absence. You will lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store standards across safety, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, manufacture assembly directions, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly with occasional heavier lifting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations and staff to achieve company goals.
• Supervise store operations in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant Manager.
• Lead by example and train associates.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-merchandised sales floor and stockroom.
• Support loss prevention, safety, and internal audits.
