Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Supervisor to lead the floor on every shift, guiding bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar and events, and delivering a guest experience that makes guests want to return.

You will coach hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations, maintain operational readiness, assist with cash handling and labor tracking, and help drive sales through guest engagement and event support.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, retail, or a guest-facing environment
• A natural ability to motivate and coach a team in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to resolve guest concerns professionally
• A floor-first work style; you lead by being present and doing the work alongside your team
• Basic financial awareness including labor, sales goals, and cost control
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and occasionally lift 25 to 50 pounds
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Own the floor on every shift, keeping service flowing, guests happy, and the team moving across bowling, arcade, food and beverage, bar, and events
• Step into any position as needed to maintain speed, service standards, and guest satisfaction throughout the shift
• Coach and develop hourly team members on service standards, safety practices, and company expectations
• Drive sales through guest engagement, upselling, and supporting events and in-center promotional programs
• Maintain facility readiness, lane conditions, arcade functionality, and smooth FOH and BOH operations throughout each shift
• Assist with cash handling, inventory counts, and labor tracking to build foundational operational and financial skills
