Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to ensure a quality in-store experience on the sales floor, acting as Floor Supervisor and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates. You will drive store performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

The role requires availability on weekends and holidays with hours varying weekly, typically 12-16 hours per week, and potential increases during peak times. This is an on-site position in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED preferred, or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience is not required; leading groups or teams is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge and Brand Awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets and conduct Inventory Control.
