Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor and guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the sales floor. The role supports store performance on customer experience and daily sales, while driving brand standards and culture on the retail floor.

The position requires a flexible schedule with weekend availability and at least 12–16 hours weekly. Previous retail exposure and a strong work ethic are valued as the team delivers compelling visual displays and seamless

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain Visual Displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
