Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a part-time Key Lead to provide on-floor leadership, coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and drive sales and customer experience on a fast-paced Sacramento floor.

You’ll perform opening and closing routines, operate POS, fulfill Omni Channel orders, build and maintain visual displays, and protect store assets. Weekend availability and 12-16 hours per week are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory or management experience is not required.
• Experience leading groups or teams preferred.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Take initiative and show confidence.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
