Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to champion the in-store customer experience on the sales floor. You will guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates, ensuring daily store operations run smoothly and that sales goals are met.

You will open and close routines, operate POS systems, fulfill omni-channel orders, and maintain visual displays while modeling the brand’s culture and values. This role emphasizes teamwork, customer focus, and flexibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED preferred or equivalent.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory / management experience not required.
• Experience in leading groups or teams preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Possess strong communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
