Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to deliver a quality in-store experience and drive daily sales. You will perform opening/closing routines, operate POS, fulfill OMNI channel orders, and build compelling visual displays.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Retail supervisory/management experience is not required but leadership in teams is preferred.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, and assertive with initiative.
