Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a dedicated Key Holder (Floor Leader) to help manage daily store operations, mentor teammates, and deliver exceptional customer service within a dynamic retail environment. This entry-level management role offers hands-on training and potential for career growth within a global brand.

As a Key Holder, you will support opening/closing routines, assist in achieving sales goals, and maintain Skechers’ premium shopping ambience, merchandising, and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader or Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service management and guidance to ensure a great shopping experience.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and security.
• Mentor and support team in entry-level retail tasks.
• Execute merchandising plans and restock products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize product displays.
• Help achieve store and individual sales targets.
• Oversee stock and inventory in collaboration with management.
• Resolve in-store issues proactively for a smooth shopper experience.
