Job summary

Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking a Key Holder (Floor Leader) to support store operations, mentor staff, and deliver outstanding customer service at Skechers. This entry-level management role focuses on daily ops, sales goals, and maintaining the premium shopping environment across our retail locations.

You will supervise opening/closing, assist with merchandising, and develop team members while upholding company standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as a Key Holder, Shift Leader, or Retail Supervisor in retail, restaurant, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: advise customers on Skechers products and ensure great fit and experience.
• Retail Leadership Role: supervise daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and security protocols.
• Team Leadership: mentor and support team members in entry-level retail roles.
• Sales and Goals: help achieve store and individual sales targets using effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: merchandise, restock, and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: oversee stock and inventory and coordinate with management.
• Problem Solving: identify and resolve in-store challenges for a smooth customer experience.
