Job summary

Skechers is seeking a Store Floor Leader (Key Holder) to support store operations and customer service excellence in a dynamic retail environment. You will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and help drive sales while maintaining Skechers’ premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder / Shift Leader / Retail Supervisor is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: advise customers on Skechers products and ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations including opening/closing and security procedures.
• Team Leadership: mentor team members in entry-level retail tasks and customer service.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store targets with effective selling techniques and promotions.
• Store Operations: execute merchandising, restock products, and maintain store cleanliness.
