Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Key Holder or supervisor is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: Deliver expert advice on Skechers products and ensure a great customer experience.
• Retail Leadership: Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing procedures, and security compliance.
• Team Leadership: Mentor team members in customer service, sales, and daily operations.
• Sales & Goals: Contribute to store and individual sales targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: Execute merchandising plans, restock, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Stock & Inventory: Oversee stock routines and coordinate with management on needs.
