Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Previous experience as Key Holder/Shift Leader/Retail Supervisor preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal form.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service Management: guide customers to the right products and ensure a great fit and experience.
• Retail Leadership: supervise daily operations, including opening/closing, and uphold security and standards.
• Team Leadership: mentor teammates in entry-level retail tasks and customer service.
• Sales and Goals: contribute to store and individual targets with effective selling techniques.
• Store Operations: merchandise plans, restock, and maintain a clean shopping environment.
• Retail Supervisor Duties: manage stock and inventory with store management coordination.
• Problem Solving: resolve in-store challenges for a smooth customer experience.
