You will oversee opening/closing procedures, manage inventory, and coach team members. The position offers flexible schedules, training, and opportunities for advancement within the Skechers global brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience as Key Holder or supervisory role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert customer service and ensure fit and experience.
• Supervise daily store operations and brand standards.
• Mentor and support team members in entry-level retail tasks.
• Drive sales and contribute to achieving store targets.
• Execute merchandising and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist with stock control and inventory routines.
• Resolve in-store issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
