Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training and Floor Leader to drive sales and guest service in a dynamic retail environment in Lima, Ohio. This role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team in recruiting Teammates, merchandising, and daily operations to create an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities include coaching teammates, achieving sales goals, and maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere, while upholding Buckle policies and security best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 months related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with friendly service and provide legendary assistance.
• Recommend and locate merchandise to meet guest needs.
• Lead by example in sales and showmanship to drive performance.
• Recruit, train, and develop Teammates for Buckle standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and product knowledge.
• Support store management with operations and loss prevention practices.
