The Buckle, Inc. in Columbus seeks Leaders in Training and Floor Leaders to help fulfill our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising and operational tasks and work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales and recruit Teammates. Ideal candidates demonstrate legendary service, knowledge of merchandise, and a readiness to lead by example through showmanship, coaching, and daily store routines, including POS

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent
• Retail experience is a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly attitude and provide legendary service
• Assist in recruiting and developing Teammates
• Maintain store standards and visualize merchandise
• Operate the POS and handle cashiering and transactions
• Follow Loss Prevention guidelines and security procedures
