Job summary

Buckle is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support sales, merchandising, and store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive Guest satisfaction, achieve sales goals, and help recruit and develop Teammates.

The role emphasizes showmanship, product knowledge, and adherence to Buckle policies while maintaining a welcoming, organized store environment. High school diploma or GED required with 1–3 months retail experience preferred.
