Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Store Leader in Training (LIT) / Floor Leader to help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our guests. You will perform sales, merchandising, and store operations tasks under the Store Manager and Leadership Team, with an emphasis on leadership, recruiting teammates, and driving sales.

This role offers a pay range of $17-$20 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for career growth within Buckle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Lead by example with showmanship and high standards in sales and guest experience.
• Maintain and build guest relationships to develop a client-based business.
• Ensure store is clean, organized, and shoppable with proper visual standards.
