Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising, and operations. You will partner with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit Teammates and provide leadership across daily store activities.

Pay range is $19-$22 per hour with full-time benefits including health, retirement, and time-off programs. Join a team focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience and developing future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service to each Guest
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
• Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest’s needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobe experience
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to teammates and Guests
• Lead by example with leadership actions and high standards, even when the Manager is not present
• Recruit, train, and develop new Teammates to meet Buckle’s accountability and sales standards
• Manage visual merchandising; own product placement, life cycle, and weekly checklists
• Oversee store operations and ensure efficient, high-quality guest experiences
