The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to support the Store Manager and Leadership Team in driving sales, merchandising, and daily operations. You will recruit, train and coach Teammates, maintain stock and displays, and ensure outstanding guest service across the store.

You will lead by example with showmanship and dedication, helping guests find the right products, educating teammates on promotions, and contributing to a positive, high-performing store culture.

Formación

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and train teammates.
• Experience in retail environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise; help locate items.
• Lead by example in sales and presentation to meet store goals.
• Recruit, train and develop Teammates; maintain positive floor culture.
• Maintain merchandise displays and obey POS procedures and loss prevention rules.
• Ensure a clean, organized, shoppable store and provide excellent guest experience.
