Job summary

Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader to support the Store Management Team across sales, operations, and customer service in Bloomington, MN. You’ll lead a team of sales associates on the shop floor, coach for results, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing cash handling and store opening/closing, and promoting Lush brand values such as cruelty-free cosmetics and ethical sourcing.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service and sales experience.
• 1+ year of cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience with coaching, feedback, and training.
• 1+ year solving day-to-day customer service issues.
• 1+ year in a fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales coaching based on StoreForce results and adjust shop floor as needed.
• Deliver world-class customer experiences and lead product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethical initiatives.
• Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
