Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America is seeking a Floor Leader in Overland Park to guide a team of sales associates on the shop floor, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will lead training sessions, monitor performance, and partner with store management to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

Proven customer service and sales experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
Supervisory experience involving coaching, feedback and training.
Ability to solve day-to-day customer service issues and maintain team morale.
Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Drive Sales by coaching the team to meet and exceed goals using performance data.
Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor through product demonstrations and listening to consultations.
Educate customers about skincare, ethical values, and brand messaging to build loyalty.
Increase product knowledge and make informed recommendations to meet customer needs.
