Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. in Columbus, GA is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) / Floor Leader to support our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests.

You’ll work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to drive sales, merchandising, and daily store operations, including cashiering, displays, inventory pulls, and ensuring a clean, welcoming environment. The role emphasizes guest service, recruiting and training Teammates, coaching peers, and maintaining Buckle standards

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required or equivalent retail exposure.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lead, train and motivate teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and deliver legendary service.
• Assist in sales generation and product recommendations.
• Support merchandising, display and stock requests.
• Recruit and train new Teammates.
• Uphold store policies and security procedures.
• Provide leadership in absence of management.
