Job summary

Buckle is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to drive sales, merchandising, and guest satisfaction. You will work closely with store management to recruit, develop Teammates and sustain an engaging shopping experience.

Responsibilities include leading in customer service, showing products, executing store operations, and maintaining high visuals. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required and performance is rewarded with standard benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Ability to demonstrate strong customer service and sales skills.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist guests with locating merchandise and suggesting additional items.
• Lead by example in presentation, training and guest engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, policies, and loss prevention.
• Support recruiting, training and development of Teammates.
