Job summary

Buckle in Atlanta is hiring for Leaders in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to deliver a superior guest experience and drive sales. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to greet guests, coach Teammates, merchandise effectively, and maintain Buckle's standards across the sales floor and back room.

Ideal candidates have a background in retail, strong communication, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or training preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication.
• Ability to lead and coach Teammates.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist with merchandise display and store cleanliness.
• Lead by example in sales and leadership actions.
• Recruit and train new Teammates.
