The Buckle, Inc. in Augusta, GA is seeking a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader to help deliver our mission: to create the most enjoyable shopping experience for our Guests.

You will perform sales, merchandising and store operations tasks and work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to develop sales and lead Teammates. As a LIT/Floor Leader you’ll greet Guests, answer questions, demonstrate product knowledge, maintain visual standards, and coach teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to coach and lead teammates.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests and provide legendary service.
• Assist with merchandise placement and displays.
• Help achieve sales goals and share product knowledge.
• Lead by example in loss prevention and policy compliance.
